Abstract


This study is used to determine the culinary business development strategy in Malang. This study uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study. Informants in this study come from the culinary business runners in the cluster, the Department of Tourism, and Department of Trade and Industry of Malang. Based on this study is found that in the culinary cluster in Jl. Pulosari and Jl. Kawi has great potential to be developed with creative economic development model.
