Abstract
Abstract: A low students’ motivation in grade X4 evidenced by students are classified some students often make joke in the classroom during the learning process. Low learning motivation cause low student learning outcomes. Based on these problems, then the researcher implemented innovative learning, using Roundhouse diagram techniques through a panel discussion. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of this techniques can enhance student motivation and learning outcomes. In cycle I, the learning motivation of students was 65.70%, while in the second cycle increased to 71.40%. The results of data analysis on students’ cognitive learning outcomes indicate that the classical students achievement in the cycle I was 65.70% and in the second cycle also 65.70%.
