ANALISIS MISKONSEPSI SISWA SMA PADA MATERI HIDROLISIS GARAM DAN LARUTAN PENYANGGA

Abstract


The aim of this research was to analyze misconception on salt hydrolysis and buffer solution material on students taught by using conceptual change approach Dual Situated Learning Model with animation aid and students taught by conventional approach. Students on two classes in SMAN 4 Malang were given two-tier test about salt hydrolysis and buffer solution material. Method used in this research was descriptive method. Research instrument was two-tier diagnostic test which was consist of 16 items, Finding showed that amount of misconceptions of student taught by conceptual change approach Dual Situated Learning Model with animation aid was lower than students taught by conventional approach.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis miskonsepsi pada materi hidrolisis garam dan larutan penyangga pada siswa yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan perubahan konseptual Dual Situated Learning Model berbantuan animasi dan siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan konvensional. Siswa pada dua kelas di SMAN 4 Malang diberikan tes two-tier mengenai materi hidrolisis garam dan larutan penyangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes diagnostic two-tier yang terdiri atas 16 soal. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah miskonsepsi siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan perubahan konseptual Dual Situated Learning Model (DSLM) berbantuan animasi lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan konvensional.
