While on the other hand there is teacher leadership which is very urgent for its existence teaching quality. This teaching practice is an activity that is directly in contact with users of educational services, namely students. Many things related to teacher leadership have an impact on teaching practice. This study seeks to explain the influence of teacher leadership on teaching practice by using the teacher-student relationship as mediation. The quantitative method was used in this study through an electronic questionnaire filled out by 130 teachers from eight private Islamic elementary schools in the city and district of Mojokerto. Using SEM (structural equation modeling) techniques through the SMART PLS 4.0 application, we examined the data to ascertain the direct and indirect influence of teacher leadership on teaching practice. The indirect effect was observed using the teacher-student relationship as the mediating variable. The observation results show that teacher leadership has a significant direct or indirect effect on teaching practice. The mediating nature of the teacher-student relationship is partial mediation. The findings in this study show the urgency of teacher leadership in teaching practice through institutional, professional development and collaboration with fellow teachers. Furthermore, teacher-student relations which include handling conflicts and building closeness with students also play a role for quality teaching practices. This research provides additional evidence regarding the urgency of the role of teacher leadership aspects in teaching, in addition to professional, pedagogic, social and personality aspects which have been used so far in the world of education in Indonesia.
2024-02-21T09:38:38+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Akhada irahttp://journal.um.ac.id/index.php/jptpp/article/view/25134DECODING CYBERPSYCHOLOGY: KEY TRENDS IN DIGITAL LEARNING - A BIBLIOMETRIC INSIGHT2024-03-24T09:46:10+07:00Roni Herdiantoroni.herdianto@um.ac.idMohamad Arief Setiawanroni.herdianto@um.ac.idFebri Dwi Hariyantoroni.herdianto@um.ac.id
This bibliometric study aims to analyze the research literature on Cyberpsychology in learning. The purpose of the study was to look for the influence of religiosity on the morale of Islamic Religious Education students at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. This research is a quantitative study with the population of IE students from 2019 to 2021 amounting to 699 students. The technique of taking sample uses the Slovin formula, namely as many as 90 students who were taken randomly (random sampling). The primary data collection tool used is a 4-scale Likert scale questionnaire. The instruments were tested using validity tests as well as reliability tests. The instruments were also tested for classical assumptions with normality and reliability tests. The primary data were then analyzed by simple linear regression statistical techniques. The results showed that the level of religiosity of IE students was in the high category, it was proven that from 90 respondents, there were 81 respondents (90%) showing a high and very high level of religiosity, while the remaining 9 respondents (10%) were in the low and medium categories. Then for the moral level of IE students, it is in the moderate category. This is shown by 90 respondents, 21 respondents (23.3%) belonged to the high category, 47 respondents (52.2%) were classified as moderate, and 22 respondents (24.4%) were classified as low. The results of the analysis showed that there was an influence of religiosity on the morale of IE students as evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.469, which contained the understanding that the influence of the free variable (Religiosity) on the bound variable (Moral) was 46.9%. This means that the higher the level of religiosity possessed by students, the higher their morale, and vice versa.
2024-03-23T21:13:42+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Tri Yaumil Falikah, Zalik Nuryana, Anaas Tri Ridlo Dina Yuliana, Shazia Malikhttp://journal.um.ac.id/index.php/jptpp/article/view/25166Factual Conditions Understanding The Ethics of Using Social Media for Secondary School Students in West Java2024-03-24T09:48:29+07:00Rizal Kailanikailanirizale@upi.eduMohammad Aliemaa.laith@upi.eduLaksmi Dewilaksmi@upi.eduThis research aims to examine the factual conditions of understanding the ethics of using social media by secondary school students in West Java because the use of social media among students currently causes many violations, especially cyberbullying. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research design used was a survey. The research population includes all secondary school students in West Java, with a population of 1015 students. The sample in this study was taken using multistage random sampling. Based on this sampling technique, 446 male and 575 female students were obtained as research samples, with details of 361 grade 10 students, 480 grade 11 students, and 174 grade 12 students. The study results showed that students understand the ethics of using social media in secondary schools in West Java. However, there are problems in other conditions that show that students often violate the ethics of using social media, such as spreading incorrect information, hate speech, and cyberbullying. Digital ethics, which includes seven elements in the use of social media, is essential and necessary to be integrated into the curriculum to support students use of digital technology, especially social media so that students’ good understanding can be strengthened and implemented well.2024-03-23T21:42:10+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Rizal Kailani, Mohammad Ali, Laksmi Dewi
