Abstract
The quality of prospective teachers of physics has been the focus of attention because they are considered to have insufficient ability needed by the user. Efforts to increase the ability of the prospective teachers can be done by developing their generic skills, which can further be developed by them after they become real teachers. The generic skills can be integrated to the inquiry-based physics subject, which provide opportunity for the prospective teachers to be actively involved physically and mentally in learning process
