Membudidayakan Perilaku Sustainable dalam Rangka Hari Bumi

Abstract

To Enculture Sustainable Behavior on the Celebration of Earth Day. Earth Day, April 22, has been celebrated by people all over the world since 1970, and it comes to the 32nd this year. The purpose is that they get more awareness on their home condition. For the past century the earth has become worse, as a result of hu-man destruction. The increase of environmental destruction is caus-ed by expansive human intervention on his environment. Therefore, it is necessary that people win a new direction of their behavior- sustainable behavior-and conduct goodness to natural environment. Such a behavior would direct them to the entire aspects of possible impacts of their deeds over their environment. This article is an attempt to socialize the concept of sustainable behavior to those con-cerned of the globe condition. With sustainable behavior, life envi-ronment would hopefully get better, and in turn brighter future for human himself.
