LIFE SKILL BASED EDUCATION INCREASES THE QUALITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Abstract

Abstract: In this global era, a skilled learner who is sensitive, tough, and competent is needed, so that one can cope with one’s own life. The skill of accessing information in business opportunities will be a basis for national economy power.  A workforce with skills of life will easily fills in and takes business opportunities, in order to decrease unemployment, and to let go of poverty, as well as to improve national life. Both formal and non-formal educational institutions must be oriented to preparing a workforce with entrepreneurship spirit in the process of life skill based learning, in order to be self confident and self competitive in managing resources in one’s surrounding.  Therefore, a life skill based education is needed in process of learning for learners with settled, planned, skillful, well mannered, keen, strong, and tawadhu, so that they will be alert of information of business world in the global era.
