PEMAHAMAN, SIKAP, PENERAPAN SMM ISO 9001:2008, DAN KINERJA PROFESIONAL GURU MATA DIKLAT PRODUKTIF KEAHLIAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN SMK
Abstract
The understanding, attitudes, application of ISO 9001:2008 QMS and the professional performance of teachers in a productive subjects in Machining Engineering Department Vocational High School. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between the understanding, attitudes, and application of ISO 9001:2008 QMS with teachers’ professional performance. The samples of this study are 59 teachers of productive subject at vocational high school in the city of Surabaya and collected by using a proportional random sampling method. The analysis of data are conducted by using descriptive statistics, regression and correlation tests. The results show that the understanding variable is in the category of "good", the attitude variable is in the category of "very good", the application variable is in the category of "good", and the professional performance of teachers is in the category of "very good". The better the understanding, attitudes, and application of ISO 9001:2008 QMS, the better the professional performance of teachers productive will be.
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemahaman, sikap, dan penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 dengan kinerja profesional guru. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 59 guru produktif SMK di kota Surabaya dengan metode proportional random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi, dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel pemahaman dalam kategori baik, sikap dalam kategori sangat baik, penerapan dalam kategori baik, dan kinerja profesional guru dalam kategori sangat baik. Semakin baik pemahaman, sikap, dan penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 maka semakin baik pula kinerja profesional guru produktif.
