Abstract

Abstract: Bunaken Marine Park (BMP) located in the north Celebes is well known because of its sea tourism as well as its high biodiversity. Today there are activities having destructive potencies even endangering its  sustainability, among other related tourism activities, mangrove illegal logging, coastal reclamation, coastal abrasion, organic and inorganic pollution, as well as fisheries activities of coastal people. There are some efforts that can be carried out in  order to support BMP conservation among others related non formal education like giving information for coastal people and carrying out activities involving those people to improve BMP coastal damage.
