MENGAJARKAN ETNOBOTANI DI SEKOLAH DASAR MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TERPADU
Abstract
Abstract: Ethnobotany is a field of science studying the interaction of society with the environment, especially plants, documenting, describing and explaining the complex relationship between culture and plant utilization. The main focus of ethnobotany study are plants used, managed, as well as utilized by the people. Efforts for the management and sustainable utilization of plant, can be done through ethnobotany learning. Right now ethnobotany is not taught yet in Primary Schools, because not formally included in the curriculum. Implementation of ethnobotany formal learning can be integrated the subject is in teaching science through an integrated thematic approach.
