Abstract
Abstract:This study aims to: (1) to describe the implementation of TPS cooperative learning strategy, and
NHT, and (2) to describe the effect of TPS and NHT cooperative learning strategy to the activity, cognitive
learning outcomes, andaffective of the biology students. This study is quasi experimental by Pretest
Posttest Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The result of the study indicates that: (1) the implementation of TPS and NHT cooperative learning strategies is an excellent condition dan (2) there is significant
effect of the implementation of TPS and NHT cooperative learning strategy to the activity, cognitive
learning outcomes, and of the biology subject of the students.
