MENGUBAH MINDSET MASYARAKAT UNTUK MENANGANI PERMASALAHAN SAMPAH DI SUNGAI

Abstract

Abstract:The rubbish in the river drainage around the campus of the Universityof Jember many accumulate in water bodies and the surrounding cliffs. These garbage hasled to declining water quality of  the river,
and impede the flow of water down stream. It has made efforts to clean up the garbage that is done by the
local government, students and even the Indonesian Armed Forces at Jember, but people’s throw garbage
in the river again. It’s need effective and comprehensive effort in the form of changes in the mindset of
society towards the garbage, from waste product converted to valuables things
