KAJIAN EX POST FACTO KEPROFESIONALAN GURU TENTANG LABORATORIUM BIOLOGI

Abstract

Abstract: The purposeof thisresearchare: (1) to describe an effect of factors on educational background, training experience, working load, teaching experience, and teacher’s cognitive competence toward the professionalism of senior high school biology teachers about the laboratory, and (2) to decribewhich one of thisfactors has the most significant effect toward the professionalism of senior high school biology teachers about the laboratory.This research is causal correlation using Ex post facto approach. The result of the research was: (1) there is a sufficient and very significant effect of factors on educational background, training experience, working load, teaching experience, and teacher’s cognitive competence toward the professionalism of senior high school biology teachers about the laboratory in the district of Aceh Besar, and (2) the most significant effect toward the professionalism of senior high school biology teachers about the laboratory is teacher’s cognitive competence.
