Abstract


A series of ferroelectric material Bi2O3 doped of Ba0.95Sr0.05TiO3 with doping level (0 - 2 mole%) has been synthesized by mixing raw materials using planetary mill, than pressed to form green pellet and finally sintered at 1300 oC for 2 hours. Doping effect to their microstructure and crystal structure were analyzed using SEM/EDX and XRD. SEM image shows ferroelectric domain. When doped material was set in grain growth favored, and for high doping (2%) it shows a secondary phase and identified as Bi4Ti3O12. Furthermore doped material cause an increase tetragonality.
