PROFIL LOGAM BERAT, KANDUNGAN PROTEIN, VITAMIN A DAN C SAYURAN AIR

Abstract: Profiles of heavy metals, content of protein, vitamin A and C of three kinds of aquatic vegetables, Limnocharis flava, Ipomoea aquatica Forsk, and Nasturtium officinale R. Br, were researched the relevancy in work system of antioxydan. These aims of research were to know about profile of heavy metal that have potential to accumulated at aquatic vegetable organs, and their inclination in the content of protein, vitamin A and C. This research was done with survey in clean and polluted environment. The data were analyzed by qualitative and descriptive. The accumulation of three species of equatic vegetables was dominant at the root and less at the leaf. Limnocharis flava was the highest accumulation all kinds of metals. The next was Ipomoea aquatica Forsk, and the lowest was Nasturtium officinale R. Br. Heavy metal leaning decrease the protein, vitamin A and C of aquatic vegetables.
