HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI TENTANG KOMPETENSI GURU DENGAN PERENCANAAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN, PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN, DAN ETOS KERJA GURU BERSERTIFIKAT PENDIDIK DI SMK KABUPATEN INDRAMAYU
Abstract
The objectives of this research are to find out relationship between the certified-teacher’s perception to the teacher competence and lesson plan process, learning activity, and the work ethos of the vocational school teacher. The research’s samples consist of 66 vocation school teachers in the region of Indramayu who had certified. The data gathering used the closed-questionnaire Likert-scale model. The data is analysed using percentance descriptive and product moment Pearson correlation using SPSS program. The result of research indicates that the positive significant relationship between the certified-teacher’s perception with lesson plan process (r = 0.72), learning activity (r = 0.62), and the work ethos of the teacher’s vocational school (r = 0.73).
