PENGARUH VISI, MISI, DAN KINERJA SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN MUTU PADA PELAKSANAAN PEMBANGUNAN PERUMAHAN
Abstract
Abstract: The Impact of Stated Vision, Mission, and Human Resources Peformance on Quality Management of Housing Construction. This research was aimed to investigate the impact of stated vision, mission and human resources performance on three aspects of housing construction: (1) the program of quality control and assurance, and (2) the implementation of program of quality control and assurance, and (3) the overall program of quality management. The method used is explanatory research, in which the sample including the director, technical manager, finance manager, site manager, and field supervisor at 16 companies are gathered by purposive random sampling. The result shows that there is significant impact of company’s vision, mission, and human resources performance on (1) the program of quality control and assurance in F (0.000) < 0.05 and R2 = 0.764; (2) the implementation of program of quality control and assurance in F (0.000) < 0.05 and R2 = 0.849; and (3) the overall program of quality management in F (0.000) < 0.05 and R2 = 0.859.
