PENGARUH RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU TERHADAP KUALITAS LINGKUNGAN PADA PERUMAHAN MENENGAH ATAS

Abstract

The effect of green open space to the quality of environment of upper-middle residence. This research attemps to identify the effect of green open space to the quality of environment upper-middle residential in Malang. The tool to collect data in this reaserch is the indoor environment quality type multinorm MI6201. Data was analyzed by using a correlation analysis and regresion. The results of this research show that (1) open space area (X1)has a positve effect to the environment quality (Y), and (2) green open space spread (X2) and kind of vegetation (X3) have negative effect to the envi­ron­ment quality (Y). The effects of X1, X2, and X3 to noise (Y1) can be expressed by the equation of Y1 = 55.361 + 0.007 X1 – 37.816  X2 – 1.731 X3, and the effects of  X1, X2, and X3 to quality of CO (Y2) can be expressed by the equation of Y2  = 5.687 + 0.003  X1 - 0.361 X2 – 0.635 X3.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau terhadap kualitas lingkungan pada kawasan perumahan menengah­atas di Kota Malang. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah indor envi­ron­ment quality type multinorm MI6201 dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh positif  luas ruang terbuka (X1) terhadap kualitas lingkungan (Y), dan (2) ada pengaruh negatif sebaran ruang terbuka hijau (X2) dan jenis vegetasi (X3) terhadap kualitas lingkungan (Y). Pengaruh X1, X2, dan X3 terhadap tingkat kebisingan  (Y1) terlihat pada persamaan Y1 = 55,361 + 0,007 X1 - 37,816 X2 - 1,731 X3, sedang pengaruh X1, X2, dan X3 terhadap kadar CO (Y2) terlihat pada persamaan Y2  = 5,687 + 0,003 X1 - 0,361 X2 - 0,635 X3.
