TINJAUAN TEKNIK PELAKSANAAN ALTERNATIF DAN MATERIAL RAMAH LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP BIAYA DAN WAKTU KONSTRUKSI

Abstract

Study of Alternative Implementation Technique and Ecofriendly-based Ma­te­­rial on Construction Cost and Time. The purpose of this research is to com­pa­re cost and time of the conventional contruction with the alternatives, to know­ the prac­ti­tio­ner res­pon­se on ecofriendly-based material and the alternative implementation tech­nique on housing, and to know­ the willingness to appy material and im­ple­men­tation tech­nique of cons­truction alternatives based on cost, time, and ecofriendly as­sess­ment. Me­thods used in this research comprised of two sections: estimation me­thod and statistical me­thod. The re­sults of this research were: most of the alternatives struc­­­ture that had been submitted had full­filled the ecofriendly criteria, which were low cost criteria, time effiency criteria, the al­ternative cons­truc­tion had been  ap­prov­ed as an ecofriendly pro­duct and the wilingness to apply alternative con­struc­­tion in hous­ing par­ti­cu­larly for one-sto­ry houses.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan an­tara biaya dan waktu dari kon­s­truksi konvensional dengan alternatif, mengetahui  si­kap praktisi terhadap ma­te­ri­al ramah lingkungan dan teknik pelaksanaan alternatif pada perumahan, serta me­nge­­­tahui adanya kesediaan penerapan dari  material dan tek­nik pelaksanaan kon­struk­si  alternatif berdasarkan biaya, waktu, dan penilaian ramah ling­kungan. Metode yang di­gunakan terdiri atas dua bagian yaitu metode estimasi dan me­tode statistik. Ha­­sil akhir yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah mayoritas struk­tur alternatif yang di­aju­kan memenuhi: kriteria rendah biaya, kriteria efisiensi wak­tu, konstruksi al­­­ternatif di­akui sebagai produk ramah lingkungan dan adanya ke­sediaan untuk me­ne­rap­kan kon­struksi alternatif dalam perumahan khususnya tipe ru­mah 1 lantai.
