STRATEGI KOOPERATIF PARTISIPATIF SEBAGAI UPAYA EDUKASI KEAMANAN MAKANAN JAJANAN DI SEKOLAH

Abstract


Abstract: Based on the data, 30% of Indonesian is children. A quarter of their times are spent in school than in their house. Almost 98% children buy snacks around the school. The research’ result of BPOM (2010) showed about 44% snacks which they buy are not health. These snacks contain hazardous materials such as, boraks, formalin, rodhamin A, and rodhamin B. This issue is a classic problem which requires role of various parties to reduce the presentation of bad impact to the children. Teacher, student, parents, government, and the society need to be empoweredin order toprevent thedanger ofdisease which is caused by the snacks in school. Development of education through various strategy and cooperative participatory involvingvariousauthoritiesare expected toproduce apatternof effective and efficient education in reducingthe hazard impact ofthe studenthealth.
