Abstract

Abstract: Tuban is at own in East Java, where most people live on the coast. Based on observations, the majority of people use sea water for bath washlatrine (toilet) and disposal of  house hold waste. Activities take place from generation to generation, thus forming behavior of coastal communities that are less clean and healthy. This form of behavior is the behavior that resulted inpoor sanitation coastal environment. Thusrequireda change in behavior towards healthy living and clean. Community-based self-learning communities targeting Andragogy. An optionto change the behavior of coastal communities. Changinghabits in adults is more effective to handle.This is due to an adult capable of thinking, so as to change the behavior.
