Abstract


Manajemen Kurikulum Berbasis Karakter pada Satuan Pendidikan

Abstract: The purpose of this study to determine the character-based curriculum in the educational unit. The approach used is a multi-case study design using the constant comparative method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and study documentation. Analysis using comparative analysis. The results showed that curriculum planning based on the needs of the school, the ability of the foundation, educational expert guidance; organizing based on the internalization of values   and ethics, lesson plan, student talents and interests; implementing curriculum school principal, chairman of the foundation, teachers, and students, by the controlling principals, finance by the foundation; factors supporting foundations and donor funds school community, the absence of the inhibiting factors database of alumni and parent responses were slow.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kurikulum berbasis karakter pada satuan pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah rancangan studi multi kasus dengan menggunakan metode komparatif konstan.  Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis menggunakan analisis komparatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa   perencanaan kurikulum berdasarkan kebutuhan sekolah, kemampuan yayasan, bimbingan ahli pendidikan; pengorganisasiannya berdasarkan internalisasi nilai dan etika, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan minat bakat siswa; pelaksana kurikulumnya kepala sekolah, ketua yayasan, guru, dan siswa,   pengontrolannya oleh kepala sekolah, keuangan oleh yayasan; faktor pendukungnya dana yayasan dan donator warga sekolah, faktor penghambatnya belum adanya database alumni dan respon orangtua yang lambat.
