Identifikasi Resource Siswa Materi Kesetimbangan dan Titik Pusat Massa

Abstract


Abstract: This research aimed to identify student activated resource for solving some problems about equilibrium and center of mass point. The method used in the form of descriptive qualitative with the number of samples 64 students 11th SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan. The data were collected using a double choice questioned instrument. Resource students are obtained through constant comparative analysis. The results showed that students generally activate resource that is p-prim rather than a scientific resource. Scientific resource resumes that are not adapted to the context of the problem will make a wrong prediction answer.

 Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi resource yang diaktifkan siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait materi kesetimbangan dan titik pusat massa. Metode yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen soal berbentuk pilihan ganda beralasan. Resource siswa diperoleh melalui analisis constant comparative. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa umumnya mengaktivasi resource yang bersifat p-prime daripada resource yang sifatnya scientific. Resource scientific yang diaktivasi tidak sesuai konteks permasalahan akan menghasilkan prediksi jawaban yang salah oleh siswa.
