Keefektifan Model Experiential Learning untuk Meningkatkan Eksplorasi dan Komitmen Karier pada Siswa SMA

Abstract


students who are in the low category and causing confusion and indecision in taking a career. This research uses research design equivalent time series.Subjects in this study amounted to 8 students. This research uses data analysis with Wilcoxon test. The result of this research is an increase of score after given intervention using Experiential Learning model.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena eksplorasi dan komitmen karier siswa yang masuk pada kategori rendah dan mengakibatkan kebingungan dan keraguan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan karier. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian equivalent time series. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah delapan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini ada peningkatan skor setelah diberikan intervensi menggunakan model Experiential Learning.
