Domain Keterampilan Siswa SMA Era Revolusi Industri 4.0

Abstract


Abstract: The purpose of this article is to describe the domain of skills that must be possessed by high school students in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Every change in the Industrial Revolution had an impact especially on the field of work which required the acquisition of new skills. This should not only be the focus of vocational schools but also other levels of education. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review and qualitative with a multicase study design. The study was conducted at a public and private high school in Malang. Literature search results show that the domain of skills needed by high school students to undergo the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the future can be grouped into 12 different types of skills, while the results of multicase research show that there are 3 skill domains.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan domain keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa SMA di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Setiap perubahan dalam Revolusi Industri berdampak terutama terhadap bidang pekerjaan yang membuat perlunya penguasaan keterampilan baru. Hal ini hendaknya tidak saja menjadi fokus SMK tetapi juga level pendidikan lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur sistematis dan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multikasus. Penelitian dilakukan di sebuah SMA negeri dan swasta di Malang. Hasil penelusuran literatur memperlihatkan bahwa domain keterampilan yang dibutuhkan siswa SMA untuk menjalani Revolusi Industri 4.0 ke depannya dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 12 jenis keterampilan yang berbeda, sementara hasil penelitian multikasus memperlihatkan ada tiga domain keterampilan.
