Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this review article in general is to assess the efficiency of physical activity on cognitive function, to describe the success of physical activity in stimulating students' cognitive function, while specifically aiming to provide a detailed description of the neuroscience perspective on how physical activity can contribute to cognitive function. The methods used, such as health insurance, to collect research articles using the google scholar, pubmed, and sciencedirect databases with a span of the last 10 years indexed by scopus quartile 1, quartile 2, quartile 3. Data extraction strategy and data identification using the PRISMA flow chart. To find the appropriate article, the researcher used the PICO procedure. The results of a review of 21 articles and 20 articles significantly improved cognitive function, 1 study showed that it did not significantly improve cognitive function.
