KONTRIBUSI KREATIVITAS DAN MOTIVASI INTRINSIK TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KOMPETENSI SMK

Abstract


One of the education system to equip students with the skills and creativity is vocational education. The equivalent of a high school, a vocational education there are Vocational secondary school (SMK). SMK scored the successor nation armed with skills, as well as the personal skill and have the desire to develop its potential coding. Competencies that must be mastered by learners that is the attitude, knowledge, and skills. In the learning, learners as subjects learn to hold a leading role so that required the existence of a creativity that is embedded inside a person. Creativity which belonged to students affected by the motivation of the learners themselves. The motivation that exists in a person called intrinsic motivation. The research design used crosssectional ex-post facto is quantitative. This research was conducted to find out the contribution of creativity (X 1), intrinsic motivation (X 2), and competence (Y). The population in this study are students of Class XI Multimedia academic year 2015-2016 at SMK Negeri Malang in the town which has a package of Multimedia and accredited expertise A. Sample techniques used in this research is propotional random sampling techniques. Data collection using question form and documentation. The results analysis data that is said to be normal, 0.353 creativity; intrinsic motivation 0.490; and competence 0.183; It can be concluded that the data for each variable is Gaussian (greater than 0.05).  On the test variable linieritas has the value more than 0.05 it can be stated that the linear data. As well as not the case multikolinieritas and heterokedastisitas. Hypothesis test simultaneously, namely: 1) creativity contribute to competence of 0.294 2) intrinsic motivation contribute to competence of 0.276.

Salah satu sistem pendidikan yang membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan dan kreativitas adalah pendidikan kejuruan. Setara dengan SMA, pendidikan kejuruan yang ada yaitu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). SMK mencetak para penerus bangsa dengan bekal keterampilan, serta skill dan pribadi yang memiliki keinginan untuk selalu mengembangkan potensinya berkreasi. Kompetensi yang harus dikuasai oleh peserta didik yaitu sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Dalam pembelajaran peserta didik sebagai subyek belajar memegang peran utama sehingga dibutuhkan adanya kreativitas yang tertanam dalam diri seseorang. Kreativitas yang dimiliki peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh motivasi peserta didik itu sendiri. Motivasi yang ada dalam diri seseorang disebut motivasi intrinsik. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan crosssectional ex-post facto yang bersifat kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kreativitas (X1), motivasi intrinsic (X2), dan kompetensi (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Multimedia tahun ajaran 2015-2016 pada SMK Negeri di Kota Malang yang memiliki paket keahlian Multimedia dan berakreditasi A. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik propotional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis yaitu data dikatakan normal, kreativitas 0,353; motivasi intrinsik 0,490; dan kompetensi 0,183; dapat disimpulkan bahwa data masing-masing variabel berdistribusi normal (lebih besar dari 0,05).  Pada uji linieritas variabel memiliki nilai lebih dari 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa data linier. Serta tidak terjadi multikolinieritas dan heterokedastisitas. Uji hipotesis secara simultan yaitu: 1) kreativitas berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi sebesar 0,294 2) motivasi intrinsik berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi sebesar 0,276.
