Abstract


Educational experts to improve process and learning product in the Elementary school use many kind of instructional strategies. But the result of using its have not significant enthusing. By Quantum teaching (QT) approach every Elementary school teacher able to set in the stage environment teaching and learning condition as a joyful learning. The students are active, creative, and dynamic - dialogues learning for seeking, inquiring, analyzing, and using information. The student will construct their knowledge through their experiences, collaboration activity, reflection and interpretation the entire concept, those are learned. The creative thinking, joyful learning, life skill and democracy of learning can be done through the QT approach, so the student would have self-supporting, self educated, self-confidence in their life.
