Abstract


This research is conducted in order to study and deepen the level of university’s accountability at the University of Janur Kuning especially in three faculties namely, The Faculty of Medicine, The faculty of Law and The Faculty of Language and Science. The research uses the approach of phenomenology qualitative which designs the study of multi-cases. And the findings of the research are as follows: The three faculties have the same concepts of accountability of academic service quality in taking responsibility for assignments with planning, executing and results. The three faculties have the same steps in implementing the increase of their academic service quality. The three faculties have the same forms and mechanisms of making accountability reports given to stakeholders internally and externally.
