STUDI TENTANG PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN SMK TEKNOLOGI BERSERTIFIKAT ISO 9001:2008

Abstract


The Study of Learning Management on Technology SMK ISO 9001:2008 Certified in Malang. The purpose of this study is to reveal the quality of the tea­cher learning management in vocational high schools ISO 9001:2008 certified. The study used a descriptive exploratory design. The results showed: (1) the quality of the teachers’ understanding were classified as good with the weakness occurred in understanding the collaboration with par­tners and involving all the available human resources, (2) the quality of the teachers' lesson plans were classified as good with the weakness was the ability to present teaching material in accordance with the allo­ca­tion of time and to cooperate with the leader, (3) the quality of the teachers’ learning process were clas­sified as good with the weakness occurred on the action research implementation and the communication  with the leader, and (4) the quality of the teachers’ learning evaluation were classified as a good with the weak­ness occurred in the discussion of the learning outcome evaluation among students, other teachers, and the leader as well the supervision by senior teachers.

 

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap kualitas pengelolaan pem­belajaran guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan bersertifikat ISO 9001:2008. Ran­cangan pe­ne­li­ti­an menggunakan deskriptif eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kualitas pe­mahaman guru dikategorikan baik dengan kelemahan pada pemahaman ber­ko­la­bo­ra­si dengan mitra serta melibatkan seluruh sumberdaya manusia yang ada, (2) kualitas pe­rencanaan pembelajaran guru dikategorikan baik dengan kelemahan dalam me­nyajikan ma­te­ri kurang sesuai alokasi waktu dan kurang kerjasama dengan pimpinan, (3) kualitas pe­laksanaan pem­belajaran guru dikategorikan baik dengan kelemahan melaksanakan pe­nelitian tin­dak­an kelas dan komunikasi dengan pimpinan, dan (4) kua­litas eva­luasi pem­bel­ajar­an guru dikategorikan baik dengan kelemahan dalam men­diskusikan hasil bel­ajar siswa dan supervisi oleh guru senior.
