PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PENYULUHAN BERUPA BUKU PINTAR TUMBUHAN OBAT

Abstract


This development research aims to produce a product in the form a book of medicinal plants as a media  for counseling in Ngadas village community to increase knowledge society about local potential surrounding. The research method used is research and development, from ADDIE (2009). The development stages of the ADDIE model consist of  (1) Analize, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluate. The results of the review of the material experts received an average score of 100% stating that smartbook of medicinal plants in content, presentation and language have been eligible to be used as a media counseling to increase knowledge of society Ngadas with very good criteria. The results of the review of media learning experts got an average score of 95.43% which indicates the category is very high so that the smartbooks of medicinal plants from the aspect of size and overall design worthy to be used as an extension media to increase knowledge Ngadas people. Small group test results got an average score of 95.5% indicating that the smart book of medicinal plants has a good qualification, attractive appearance, easy to understand and feasible to use.

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa buku pintar tumbuhan obat sebagai media untuk penyuluhan di masyarakat desa Ngadas untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap potensi lokal sekitarnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (research and development), dari ADDIE (2009). Tahapan pengembangan dari model ADDIE  terdiri atas (1) Analyze, (2) Design,  (3) Develop, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluate. Hasil review dari ahli materi mendapat rata-rata skor 100% yang menyatakan bahwa buku pintar tumbuhan obat secara isi, penyajian dan bahasa telah layak digunakan sebagai media penyuluhan untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat Ngadas dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil review ahli media pembelajaran mendapat rata-rata skor 95.43% yang menunjukkan kategori sangat tinggi sehingga buku pintar tumbuhan obat dari aspek ukuran dan desain keseluruhan layak digunakan sebagai media penyuluhan untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat Ngadas. Hasil uji kelompok kecil mendapat rata-rata skor 95.5% menunjukkan bahwa buku pintar tumbuhan obat memiliki kualifikasi yang baik, tampilan yang menarik, mudah dipahami, dan layak digunakan.
