PENGEMBANGAN VIRTUAL LABORATORY BERBASIS PENELITIAN DNA BARCODING DURIAN MERAH

Abstract


This research aims to develop the virtual laboratory learning media in genetic engineering course. This type of this reseach is development. Data is collected with observation, interview, and distribution of questionnaire. Validation result shows that the virtual laboratory learning media is valid to use for genetic engineering course. It shows the result of subject expert (56,3%), media expert (57,1%), and lecturer (65,6%). Students give good response in the virtual laboratory learning media for genetic engineering course. 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran virtual laboratory untuk matakuliah rekayasa genetika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket. Hasil validasi ahli, media pembelajaran virtual laboratory layak digunakan untuk matakuliah rekayasa genetika. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 56,3%, ahli media sebesar 57,1%, dan praktisi lapangan sebesar 65,6%. Mahasiswa memberikan respon baik untuk media pembelajaran virtual laboratory untuk matakuliah rekayasa genetika.
