Nilai Cyclomatic Complexity Konflik Kerja terhadap Pengaruh Pimpinan dan Beban Kerja Karyawan dengan Menggunakan Model Reflektif PLS SEM

Abstract: Cyclomatic Complexity and Probability Improvement Results Flomap Work Conflict. Flowmap work conflicts yield 89 cc values with complex and critical type of procedures, high system risk level, with a 40% probability repair rate, a high recommended rate of improvement improvement. Being a system improvement process that must be done by using Improvement Model Reflective SEM test, to know the relationship of node relationship with the node and the value of the system improvement probability to the node is fixed with reflective construct model. Therefore there is no convergence problem of validity in the model under test. Therefore there is no convergence problem of validity in the model under test. exogenous latent discriminant cc (0.116) and endogenous latent R² (0.096) from the result it can be seen that Flowgraph system Work Conflict has a strong latent discriminant level of exogenous latent Effect of Leader of (0.116) to latent endogenous probability of workload improvement of R ² ( 0.096).

Abstrak: Hasil uji Cyclomatic Complexity dan Probabilitas Perbaikan Flomap Konflik Kerja. Flowmap konflik kerja menghasilkan nilai 89 cc dengan tipe prosedur yang kompleks dan kritis, tingkat resiko sistem tinggi, dengan nilai probabilitas perbaikan 40%, tingkat resiko perbaikan yang direkomendasikan tinggi.  Menjadi proses perbaikan sistem yang harus dilakukan dengan menggunakan perbaikan Model Reflektif uji SEM, untuk mengetahui keterkaitan hubungan simpul dengan simpul dan nilai probabilitas perbaikan sistem terhadap simpul yang diperbaiki dengan model konstruk reflektif. Oleh karenanya tidak ada permasalahan konvergen validity pada model yang diuji. Oleh karenanya tidak ada permasalahan konvergen validity pada model yang diuji. diskriminan laten eksogen cc (0.116) dan laten endogen R² (0.096) dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa sistem Flowgraph Konflik Kerja memiliki tingkat diskriminan yang kuat laten dari laten eksogen Pengaruh Pimpinan sebesar (0.116) terhadap laten endogen probabilitas perbaikan butir beban kerja sebesar R² (0.096).
