Kebutuhan Akreditasi dan Sertifikasi Pendidikan Kesetaraan Program Paket C Berbasis Otonomi Daerah
Abstract
This case study was intended to explore the patterns of accreditation and certification for learners of nonformal education programs. Data were collected through interviews, documents, observation, and focused group discussion, involving representatives of nonformal institutions of four districts. The study revealed that there were no such a standardized pattern concerning prior to learner's joining the national final exam. It is then recommended that for learners of nonformal education programs national final examination not be the sole determinant aspect of their school leaving.
