Kinerja Kepala Sekolah Dasar dalam Melaksanakan Supervisi Pengajaran
Abstract
This research was aimed at obtaining empirical descriptions on performance ofprimary school principals in implementing instructional supervision in terms of their biographical background. The sample consisted of 120 principals selected from primary schools in West Java. Data were gathered by questionnaire and analysed statistically by t-test and percentage measures. The results show that the principals master instructional supervision skills in a minimum level so that their performance in implementing instructional supervision is relatively imperfect. Biographical background has little effects upon principals' performance in implementing instructional supervision
