EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MODEL TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT BERBANTUAN MEDIA KOKAMI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS

Abstract


This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of Teams Games Tournament model aided by Kokami media toward achievement of social studies on Economic Activity material. This is a quasiexperimental research which is using nonequivalent control group design. Subjects of this research were 181 students, with 26 students as experimental group and 26 students as control group. Collected data analized using Independent Sample T-test to test the hypothesis significance of this research. The result showed significance value is 0,001, which means significance value (p) < 0,05 hence Ha accepted. Therefore it can be concluded there were significant achievement of social studies differences between learning that use Teams Games Tournament learning model with Kokami and conventional model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament berbantuan media Kokami terhadap hasil belajar IPS pada materi Kegiatan Ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 181 orang siswa,  dengan 26 orang siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan 27 orang siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-test untuk menguji signifikansi hipotesis penelitian. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001, yang artinya signifikansi (p) < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar IPS yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament berbantuan media Kokami dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.
