Panduan Pertimbangan Nilai Ajaran Nengah Nyappur Etnis Lampung untuk Mereduksi Perilaku Bullying Siswa SMK

Abstract


Abstract: The aim of the study focuses on format and content description of adequate value judgement guidance containing of nengah nyappur study for counsellor to reduce bullying behaviour of vocational students. The study employs research and development method adapting the seven stages of development by Borg and Gall. The applied instruments in this study are (1) content evaluation, (2) format evaluation, and (3) user evaluation. The final product is a value judgment guidance containing of nengah nyappur study to reduce the bullying behaviour of vocational students. The result of data analysis shows that the relevancy level is high which means that the value judgment guidance is adequate to be applied and accomplish feasibility factors of the product including aspect of utility, ease, precision, and attractiveness. Due to the limitation of the study, the researcher suggests that for the further researcher to conduct the experiment study to know the effectiveness of the product that has been developed.

 Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini fokus pada menghasilkan deskripsi format dan isi panduan pertimbangan nilai berisi ajaran nengah nyappur yang layak untuk konselor agar dapat mereduksi perilaku bullying siswa SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan menggunakan tahapan pengembangan dari Borg and Gall sampai tahap ke tujuh. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini adalah (1) instrumen penilaian isi, (2) instrumen penilaian format, dan (3) instrumen penilaian calon pengguna. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah panduan pertimbangan nilai berisi ajaran nengah nyappur untuk mereduksi perilaku bullying siswa SMK. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat relevansi masuk dalam kategori tinggi artinya panduan pertimbangan nilai dinyatakan layak digunakan dan memenuhi unsur keberterimaan suatu produk yang terdiri dari aspek kegunaan, kemudahan, ketepatan, dan kemenarikan. Mengingat keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini peneliti menyarankan agar peneliti selanjutnya untuk melanjutkan pada penelitian eksperimen untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan produk yang telah dikembangkan ini.
