Buku Ajar Berbasis Penelitian In Silico pada Matakuliah Teknik Analisis Biologi Molekuler untuk Mahasiswa Strata 1 Biologi

Abstract


Abstract: The aim of this research is developing textbook based in silico research result for Molecular Biology Engineering and Analysis. The development of this textbook is based on the results of the need assessments of the Biology students who have taken Molecular Biology Engineering and Analysis subject, 50% said that books related to the subject are hard to find and subject material is molecularly difficult to understand due to limited visualization. Textbooks related to in silico materials are expected to aid learning considering in silico can enable molecular visualization. The validation results show that developed textbooks are quite feasible to be used with 80% validation values for practicality of use, 88.6% for display modules and 90% for language usage.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengembangkan buku ajar berdasarkan hasil penelitian in silico untuk matakuliah Teknik dan Analisis Biologi Molekuler. Pengembangan buku ajar ini didasarkan atas hasil analisis kebutuhan terhadap mahasiswa Biologi yang telah menempuh matakuliah Teknik dan Analisis Biologi Molekuler 50% mengatakan bahwa buku terkait matakuliah Teknik dan Analisis Biologi Molekuler susah dicari dan materinya bersifat molekuler susah dipahami karena visualisasi yang terbatas. Buku ajar terkait materi in silico diharapkan dapat membantu pembelajaran mengingat in silico dapat memungkinkan visualisasi molekuler. Hasil validasi menunjukkan buku ajar yang dikembangkan cukup layak digunakan dengan nilai validasi 80% untuk kepraktisan penggunaan, 88,6% untuk tampilan modul, dan 90% untuk penggunaan bahasa.
