Tingkat Kemampuan Kelola Emosi Marah Siswa SMA

Abstract


Abstract: Anger management need to be owned by adolescents as individuals. The benefits if teenagers can have the ability to manage good anger emotions are to achieve mental health and be able to resolve social conflicts that result from emotional situations. Management of anger emotions is the ability of individuals to express adaptive responses when faced with situations that cause anger. The research design used for this study is quantitative descriptive to explain the phenomenon or picture of anger emotional management ability in high school students, amounting to 67 people. The results of this study are the level of anger management ability of class XI students of SMA Brawijaya Smart School has a medium category. The results of this study can be used as a reference for counselors to provide appropriate interventions.

Abstrak: Kemampuan kelola emosi marah perlu dimiliki oleh remaja sebagai individu. Manfaat apabila remaja dapat memiliki kemampuan kelola emosi marah yang baik adalah mencapai kesehatan mental dan mampu menyelesaikan konflik sosial yang diakibatkan dari situasi emosional. Kemampuan kelola emosi marah adalah kemampuan individu untuk mengemukakan respon yang adaptif ketika dihadapkan pada situasi yang menimbulkan kemarahan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan fenomena atau gambaran kemampuan kelola emosi marah pada siswa sekolah menengah atas yang berjumlah 67 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kemampuan kelola emosi marah siswa kelas XI SMA Brawijaya Smart School memiliki kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan konselor untuk memberikan intervensi yang tepat.
