Kinerja Guru dalam Menganalisis Hasil Evaluasi pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan

Abstract


Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of physical and health education assessment in Blitar City Vocational School. The results of this study are all teachers determine the assessment of aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills as a reference for students' final grades. Assessment of attitude aspects is done by observing students during learning and the State Vocational School adds the results of attendance as a reference for attitude assessment. Assessment of aspects of knowledge of all teachers implementing reciprocal techniques for their students. Assessment of psychomotor aspects by all teachers is carried out by giving practice tests to each student. The final grade of students is done by analyzing the results of the scores on all aspects based on the formula that was previously planned by each teacher.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pelaksanaan penilaian Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan di SMK kota Blitar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru menetapkan penilaian aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan sebagai acuan nilai akhir siswa. Penilaian aspek sikap dilakukan dengan cara mengamati siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung dan SMK Negeri menambahkan hasil absensi sebagai acuan penilaian sikap. Penilaian aspek pengetahuan seluruh guru melaksanakan dengan teknik resiprokal pada siswanya. Penilaian aspek psikomotor oleh seluruh guru dilaksanakan dengan memberikan tes praktik pada setiap siswanya. Nilai akhir siswa dilakukan dengan menganalisis dari hasil nilai pada seluruh aspek berdasarkan rumus yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya oleh masing-masing guru.
