Abstract

Abstract: The concept of multiple intelligences believes that every child must have at least one of the nine types of intelligence. Principals and teachers have a significant role, so the purpose of this study is to know the background of the application of MI-based learning, and to understand the role of principals and teachers in their management. This study uses a qualitative approach that studies a phenomenon or event, starting with preliminary study, data collection and analysis through cross-case studies. The results of the study show that the application of MI-based learning is based on school commitment to facilitate the development of students according to their potential intelligence. Learning leadership is demonstrated by principals and teachers who play a role starting from the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in schools.
