Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Guru, Motivasi Kerja, dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja Guru di Era Pandemi COVID-19
Abstract
Abstract: The Aim of this research is to find out the effect of teacher leadership, work motivation, and teacher’s self efficacy either individually or simultanously on teacher performance. Research was conducted in state junior high school in East Bekasi with total sample of 100 persons. Data were obtained using expost facto method and analyzed using multiple regression. There is significance effect of teacher leadership on teacher performance, and work motivation on teacher performance, teacher self efficacy has no significance effect on teacher performance, and there is significance effect of teacher leadership, work motivation, and teacher self efficacy simultanously on teacher performance
Abstrak: Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan guru, motivasi kerja, dan efikasi diri guru baik secara independen maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Timur dengan total sampel 100 orang guru dengan menggunakan pendekatan expost facto dan analisis dengan uji regresi berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun variabel efikasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan guru, efikasi diri, dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.
