Kontribusi Prestasi Teori (IPK), Prestasi Latihan Microteaching dan Motivasi Untuk Menjadi Guru Terhadap Prestasi PPL pada Mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Jember

Abstract


Research was conducted with the purpose to know how big variable contribution to the theory of achievement, the microteaching exercise, and motivation for students to become teachers, either together or separately to PPL presentation on students FKIP UNEJ. To achieve the goal of research is done ex-post facto. Sample of 60 students drawn from a population of  209 students with FKIP-UNEJ quota random sampling technique. Research data collected using the method of observation, questionnaire, and documentation. After the complete data collected, and analyzed with regression techniques double, and partial correlation. From the results of the analysis of data can be, both together and separate the variables achievement theory, the results microteaching training and motivation for students to become teachers have a big enough contribution to the achievement of PPL students.
