Abstract


The present study aimed at analyzing the relationship between educational supports management by the head of Center for Community Learning Activities and Learning facilitator officer
competences. For the purpose, the study employed an x post facto design involving regression statistical analyses. It is revealed that the leadership style of the head of Center for Community Learning Activities, intensity of the educational supports conducted by the head, and provision of motivation for achievement were simultaneously related with learning facilitator officer competences. It is suggested that the head of Center for Community Learning Activities and heads of other non formal education institutions provide learning facilitator officer with intensive educational supports for a better performance in their professional responsibilities.
