Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Cara Belajar, dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Sikap Kewirausahaan (Studi Kasus di SMKN 1 Jombang)

Abstract

This approach is known as cooperative learning of STAD type.This research is intended to: 1) clarify the influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards the students’ entrepreneurship behavior; 2) clarify the influence of learning ways towards the students’ entrepreneurship behavior; 3) clarify the influence of learning motivation towards the students’ entrepreneurship behavior;
4) clarify the influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards learning ways; 5) clarify the influence
of learning ways towards learning motivation; 6) clarify the influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards learning motivation; 7) clarify the influence of cooperative learning of STAD type, learning ways, and learning motivation towards the entrepreneurship behavior of the students of SMK Negeri 1 Jombang.The research design is a quasi experiment where the population are IIIAP, III AK, and III PJ. From the population contain 38 students of III AP1, 39 students of III AK 3, and 35 students of III PJ 1 are taken as the samples that are randomly assigned. Then the data gathered are analyzed using ANOVA, Regression and multiple Linear Regression. To calculate the data, the researcher used statistical application of SPSS for windows 13 version.

Pendekatan penelitian ini dikenal sebagai pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dimaksudkan untuk: 1) menjelaskan pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa; 2) menjelaskan pengaruh cara belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan; 3) menjelaskan pengaruh
dari motivasi belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa, 4) menjelaskan pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap cara belajar, 5) menjelaskan pengaruh dari cara belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, 6) menjelaskan pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap motivasi belajar, 7) menjelaskan pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, cara belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian Eksperimen, yang dilakukan
terhadap siswa kelas III SMK Negeri 1 Jombang dengan populasi adalah IIIAP, III AK, dan III PJ. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak kelas III AP 1 berjumlah 38 siswa, Kelas III AK 3 berjumlah 39 siswa, dan kelas III PJ 1 berjumlah 35 siswa dan dipilih secara acak. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan Anova, Regresi, dan Regresi Linier berganda. Analisis data dilakukan dengan
menggunakan program aplikasi statistik SPSS untuk windows versi 13.
