Analisis Hubungan Kepemimpinan, Profesionalisme dan Iklim Sekolah dengan Motivasi Guru SMU

Abstract

Teacher's motivation has an important role in reaching educational target. This study investigates the factors which affect teacher's motivation. This is a descriptive correlational research to find the relationship between leadership, professionalism and school climate, and teachers' motivation. The research participants are 250 teachers of state senior high schools in Pontianak City . It was found that there is a positive correlation between leadership and school climate, leadership and teachers' professionalism, school climate and teachers' professionalism, and leadership and teachers' motivation.
