Abstract


This classroom action research aimed at helping Civics teachers increase their instructional with Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking Approach. The subject of this study were 2 teachers of Civics in junior high school 19 Malang . The data were collected by observation, questionnaires, documentation, and were analyzed by interaction analysis model (Miles & Huberman). This research found out that civics instructional model with Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking Approach was able to improve students' motivation, participation, interaction and achievement.
