Abstract


Abstract: National Standards of Education as Quality Indicators of School Management Services. The purpose of this study is to describe how national standards of education can serve as an indicator of the quality of school management services. The indicators of the quality cover objectives, principles, and types of services. The objectives are used as the basis for achieving quality services. The principles of the school management services show strong will of using them as the school standards. The types of school management services cover a wide range of activities carried out through program planning, program implementation, program evaluation, and follow-up programs.

Abstrak: Standar Nasional Pendidikan sebagai Indikator Mutu Layanan Manajemen Sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan standar nasional pendidikan sebagai indikator mutu layanan mana­jemen sekolah. Indikator mutu layanan manajemen sekolah didasarkan pada tujuan, prinsip, dan jenis layanan. Indikator tujuan layanan manajemen sekolah menunjukkan bahwa standar nasional pendidikan dijadikan sebagai pencapaian indikator mutu. Prinsip layanan manajemen sekolah menunjukkan kepentingan kuat sekolah menjadikannya sebagai standar. Indikator jenis layanan manajemen sekolah meliputi berba­gai kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, evaluasi program, dan tindak lanjut program.
