ANALISIS STRATEGI THINKING MAPS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI TERBIMBING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS

Abstract


The purpose research to analyze of thinking maps strategy in guided inquiry learning to increase critical thinking ability and there relationship knowledge dimensional of thinking maps with critical thinking ability/Research design of mixed method embedded experimental conducted on 32 vocational students grade XII. Instruments form tests and thinking maps worksheets. Analyzed using N-Gain and effect size, and then analyzed posttest and thinking maps scores the stages of reduction, coding and results display. Conclution of research showed thinking maps strategy in guided inquiry learning can increase critical thinking ability. Conclution also showed their relationship between thinking maps with critical thinking ability is exist.

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis strategi thinking maps dalam pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis serta keterkaitan dimensi pengetahuan thinking maps dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Rancangan penelitian mixed method embedded experimental dilakukan pada 32 siswa SMK kelas XII. Instrumen berupa soal tes dan lembar kerja thinking maps. Data tes dianalisis menggunakan N-Gain dan effect size, kemudian data posttest dan skor thinking maps dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, pengkodean, dan penyajian hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi thinking maps dalam pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan antara thinking maps dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis.
