Performansi Lulusan STM Jurusan Mesin Pada Industri di Jawa Timur
Abstract
Evidently there is a disparity in the performances of the STM (Technical Secondary School) graduates due to their various educational background. This fact was revealed by the result of the data analysis covering 207 respondents taken from 6 different kinds of industries located in East Jawa. Another finding shows that graduates of STM using the 1984 curriculum tend to be very cooperative and highly motivated in pursuing their respective individual development.
